What is a Claim?
A claim is how providers are officially linked to your renovation project. When a provider claims your project, they're verified as the tradesperson who completed the work.
Claim Statuses
- Unclaimed – No provider is linked to the project
- Invited – You've sent an invitation to a provider
- Claimed – A provider has accepted and is linked
- Declined – The provider declined your invitation
- Expired – The invitation expired after 14 days
