Contact vs Company Profile
Renoview separates your personal Contact information from your Company Profile to give you better control over your business presence:
- My Profile (Contact) - Your personal information: first name, last name, phone number
- Company Profile (Account) - Your business information: business name, description, location, services offered
Editing Your Company Profile
- Go to your Provider Dashboard
- Click "Company Profile" in the navigation or Quick Actions
- Click the "Edit Company Profile" button
- Update your business information:
- Business Name
- Business Description
- Suburb and State
- Save your changes
Making Your Profile Public
If your profile is currently private, you can request to make it public once you've completed all required information. Our team will review your profile to ensure it meets our quality standards before making it visible to homeowners.
Profile Visibility
When your Company Profile is public, homeowners can:
- Find you in the provider directory
- View your claimed projects
- See your business description and location
- Send you claim requests for their projects
