Subscription & Billing

Learn how to manage your Renoview subscription, upgrade or downgrade plans, and handle billing.

Available Plans

Renoview offers three homeowner plans:

  • Free - 1 project, 30 total images, public sharing
  • Pro ($5/month) - Unlimited projects, unlimited images, public sharing
  • Standard ($3/month) - 3 projects, unlimited images, public sharing

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Account → Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro" or "Upgrade to Standard"
  3. Complete the checkout process
  4. Your plan will be activated immediately

Downgrading or Canceling

To downgrade or cancel your subscription, click "Manage Billing" in the Subscription page. This will take you to the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Update your payment method
  • View your invoice history

Cancellation Details

When you cancel your subscription, you'll see a clear message showing when your access ends. You'll keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period, then your account will automatically move to the Free plan.

For example, if you're on Standard and cancel on January 1st with a renewal date of January 26th, you'll see: "You'll keep access to Homeowner – Standard until January 26, 2026, then you'll move to Homeowner – Free."

Usage Tracking

View your current usage (number of projects and images) in the "My Projects" page. If you're approaching your plan limits, you'll see a prompt to upgrade.
