Subscription & Billing

Homeowner plans control how many projects you can create and how much media you can store. You can review and manage your plan from Account → Subscription.

Available Plans

Renoview plan limits are managed from the Subscription page and may change over time.

  • Free – starter access for public projects and configured per-project media limits
  • Premium – expanded private project access and higher configured media/video limits

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Open Account → Subscription.
  2. Choose the plan you want.
  3. Complete checkout.
  4. Your new plan becomes active based on the subscription flow shown on the page.

Manage billing

Use Manage Billing on the Subscription page to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Whole Home on Pro

The Whole Home setup option is available on Pro. It creates multiple room projects in one flow, which is why it is not offered on the lower homeowner plans.

Usage Tracking

Renoview shows project media usage in project contexts and plan limits in the account area. If you are at or near a limit, you may see an upgrade prompt in the relevant workspace.

Cancellations and downgrades

If you cancel or schedule a downgrade, Renoview may keep your current access until the end of the active billing period, then move you to the lower plan shown on the Subscription page.
