Learn how to view and manage your notifications on Renoview.
Notification Center
Access your notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top navigation bar. The bell shows a badge with the number of unread notifications (up to 9+).
Viewing Notifications
You can view notifications in two ways:
- Dropdown - Click the bell icon to see recent notifications in a dropdown
- Full Page - Click "View All" to see your complete notification history at /notifications
Notification Grouping
Similar notifications are automatically grouped together to keep your notification feed clean. For example, if multiple people reply to the same thread within an hour, you'll see a single grouped notification instead of multiple separate ones.
Types of Notifications
- Claim Requests - When homeowners invite you to claim a project
- Claim Responses - When providers respond to your claim requests
- Comments - When someone comments on your project or replies to your comment
- Moderation Updates - When your project or image is approved or rejected
- Account Updates - Important account changes and security alerts
Managing Notifications
Mark notifications as read by clicking on them. You can also mark all notifications as read using the "Mark all as read" button in the notifications page.
Empty State
When you have no notifications, you'll see the friendly message: "You're all caught up! No new notifications right now."
