Learn how to view and manage your notifications on Renoview.
Notification Center
Access your notifications from the bell icon in the top navigation. The bell shows an unread badge when new activity is waiting.
Viewing Notifications
You can view notifications in two ways:
- Dropdown - click the bell icon to see recent notifications
- Full Page - open the notifications page to review everything and mark all as read
Notification Grouping
Similar notifications are automatically grouped together to keep your notification feed clean. For example, if multiple people reply to the same thread within an hour, you'll see a single grouped notification instead of multiple separate ones.
Types of Notifications
- Provider enquiries and project access updates – homeowner enquiries, responses, and related project-link changes
- Comments and replies – activity on project discussions
- Moderation updates – updates if reported content is reviewed or restricted
- Account updates – important account or security changes
Managing Notifications
Mark notifications as read by clicking on them. You can also mark all notifications as read using the "Mark all as read" button in the notifications page.
Empty State
When there is nothing new, Renoview shows a calm empty state so you know you are caught up.
