Use the Project Providers panel on a project to shortlist providers privately, send enquiries, and later move the right businesses into your active project team.
Quick steps
- Open the project.
- Find the Linked Providers panel.
- Click Add Provider.
- Use Help me find a provider to shortlist providers in Consider.
- Use I already have a provider when you are already working with someone.
- Send an enquiry from the Consider list when you want a provider to review your project.
- Move a provider to Active when they are part of the project team.
Shortlist, enquiry, and active links
- Consider is your private shortlist. Providers do not see it.
- Send enquiry is the deliberate provider-facing step. It creates a homeowner enquiry in the provider workspace.
- Active is for providers you want attached to the project team with project access.
- If a provider is not yet on Renoview, you can still send them a Renoview access email or shareable access link.
What you can do after sending an enquiry
- Track whether the provider has been sent the enquiry, viewed it, marked Interested, or declined.
- Keep the provider in your Consider list while you decide what to do next.
- Move the provider to Active later if you want them attached to the project team.
- Remove a provider from Consider if they are no longer relevant.
Good to know
- Providers need a Renoview provider account and company profile to respond in the provider workspace.
- Marking Interested does not automatically make the provider active on your project.
- You stay in control of when a provider becomes part of the active project team.
