Learn how to send feedback during beta, whether you hit a bug, have an idea, or something in the product feels confusing.
Sending Feedback
Use the "Send feedback" button to submit bugs, ideas, confusing moments, or general feedback in one place.
What You Can Send
The feedback form supports four simple submission types:
- Bug - For technical problems or broken behaviour
- Idea / feature request - For suggestions and product ideas
- Something confusing - For unclear flows, wording, or UX friction
- General feedback - Anything else you want the team to know
What the Form Captures
The form keeps things lightweight. At minimum, you choose a type and write your message. You can also add a screenshot if helpful.
For bug submissions, the form may also ask for:
- Expected behaviour
- Steps to reproduce
- Severity
- Whether it happens consistently
Auto-Captured Context
We automatically capture useful context to help with review and triage, including:
- Page/route where the bug occurred
- Your user role (homeowner, provider, admin)
- Browser and operating system
- Viewport size
- Build version where available
For bug submissions, we may also capture technical diagnostics like console logs or failed requests.
How It Is Reviewed
Each submission receives a reference ID and is reviewed privately by the Renoview team. Not every item goes to GitHub. Bugs that are worth engineering follow-up can be promoted into the internal backlog after review.
Privacy
Feedback submissions can include technical context, but please avoid sharing anything sensitive in the message body. If you need to share sensitive information, contact support directly instead.
