Homeowner enquiries appear in Enquiries in the provider workspace. They are separate from active linked projects.
Quick steps
- A homeowner shortlists your business and sends an enquiry from their project.
- You receive an in-app notification and an email.
- You open the enquiry in the provider workspace to review the project summary.
- You can then mark Interested or Not interested.
What you will see
- Project title, room type, and location
- Homeowner details
- A project image preview when available
- The enquiry date and current status
How the inbox is organised
- Open – enquiries waiting for your response.
- Interested – enquiries where you marked Interested.
- Past – enquiries that were declined or withdrawn.
