Receiving Homeowner Enquiries

Homeowner enquiries appear in Enquiries in the provider workspace. They are separate from active linked projects.

Quick steps

  1. A homeowner shortlists your business and sends an enquiry from their project.
  2. You receive an in-app notification and an email.
  3. You open the enquiry in the provider workspace to review the project summary.
  4. You can then mark Interested or Not interested.

What you will see

  • Project title, room type, and location
  • Homeowner details
  • A project image preview when available
  • The enquiry date and current status

How the inbox is organised

  • Open – enquiries waiting for your response.
  • Interested – enquiries where you marked Interested.
  • Past – enquiries that were declined or withdrawn.
