You can respond from Enquiries in the provider workspace.
Before you respond
To respond, you need a provider account and a company profile. If your company profile is not set up yet, Renoview will prompt you to create it first.
Mark Interested
- Open the enquiry and review the project details.
- Click Interested.
- The homeowner is notified.
- The homeowner can then decide whether to move you into the active project team.
Mark Not interested
- Open the enquiry and review the project details.
- Click Not interested.
- The homeowner is notified that you declined.
After you respond
- Interested enquiries appear in the Interested section of your enquiry inbox.
- Declined enquiries move to Past.
- Your response does not create active project access on its own.
