Responding to Enquiries

You can respond from Enquiries in the provider workspace.

Before you respond

To respond, you need a provider account and a company profile. If your company profile is not set up yet, Renoview will prompt you to create it first.

Mark Interested

  1. Open the enquiry and review the project details.
  2. Click Interested.
  3. The homeowner is notified.
  4. The homeowner can then decide whether to move you into the active project team.

Mark Not interested

  1. Open the enquiry and review the project details.
  2. Click Not interested.
  3. The homeowner is notified that you declined.

After you respond

  • Interested enquiries appear in the Interested section of your enquiry inbox.
  • Declined enquiries move to Past.
  • Your response does not create active project access on its own.
