Provider Status & Activity

Renoview uses a shortlist → enquiry → active model to connect businesses to your project. TheProject Providers panel is where you can manage each stage.

How provider stages work

A provider usually starts in Considering. Sending an enquiry makes the relationship visible to the provider, and moving them to Active is a later homeowner decision.

Enquiry statuses

  • Enquiry sent – the provider has been notified.
  • Viewed – the provider opened the enquiry.
  • Interested – the provider responded positively.
  • Declined – the provider is not interested.

What you can do

  • Save providers privately while you research options.
  • Send an enquiry when you want a provider to review your project.
  • Track whether the provider has viewed or responded to the enquiry.
  • Move a provider to Active when they should be attached to the project.
  • Remove an active provider if they should no longer stay attached.

What providers need before responding

Providers can review the enquiry quickly, but responding in the provider workspace requires a provider account and a company profile.
